Roy Sexton

A Dalton and Murray county native, Roy is enjoying his second career in Real Estate, having retired from teaching in Spring 2003.

Roy received his BS from Tennessee Tech and his Masters from The University of Georgia, His 34 year teaching career includes, coaching Basketball, Tennis and Baseball at Valley Point, Eastbrook, Southeast and Murray County High Schools.

Married to Sandra Hampton Sexton, who is also retired from teaching at Murray Co High. Roy has 2 grown children, Denver and Tara Sexton Robinette. He has grandchildren and enjoys spending time with them. Roy also enjoys gardening, sports and traveling.

Mike McGuire

Mike is ready to serve you with your real estate needs. For the past eleven years, Mike has been a commercial property manager in Dalton. Before that, he was a residential home builder. He is also a Marine Corps veteran.

Mike is a twenty-one year resident of Murray County, so he is familiar with the people and the area. He is married to Rhonda, who is a teacher at Murray County High School. They have four children and one grandchild.

Patti Guinn

Patti was born in California and raised in Las Vegas. She has worked as a bookkeeper for Young American Homes. She obtained an Associates Degree in Computers while stationed with her husband in England. She and her husband Allen have been married 27 years and have two daughters, Melanie and Melissa. After her husband retired from the Air Force in 1991, they moved back to his hometown of Chatsworth. She taught at Murray County High School for three years and worked at Beaulieu for eight. Her hobbies are flying, scuba diving, playing the piano and guitar and reading.

Maricarmen Baylon

I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Having moved to Chatsworth in 1999, my family has enjoyed the mountains and employment opportunities. I’m married to Jorge Vargas. We have been married 8 years and we have two boys Jonathan, age 7 and Jorge, age 2. My older son is active in Chatsworth Elementary School.
